On your first visit the therapist will carry out an initial consultation to ascertain your requirements and to ensure massage is suitable for you.  If we deem that a massage is not suitable for you, a full refund will be provided.

This confidential consultation is carried out to ensure there are no conditions present for which massage is unsuitable or which might require further GP advice.   Please ensure that you know the name and contact details of your GP's surgery.

Your comfort and well-being are of utmost importance to us.  We will always ensure that you are warm and comfortable on the couch, and happy with the lighting and any ambient music in the room.  In this way, we can be sure that you will fully relax and enjoy your treatment.
